From app to after-sales, reimagining the customer journey for electric mobility

We worked with a new entrant in Indonesia’s electric mobility market to design an end-to-end customer experience that fused sustainability with style. The challenge was to connect the excitement of a sporty, dynamic scooter design with the deeper values of sustainable living—speaking to a younger audience that often prioritizes cool over green. From first impressions in the showroom to the feel of the on-board interface, every touchpoint was an opportunity to build both aspiration and advocacy.

Our approach spanned the entire customer journey: in-store interactions, digital apps, after-sales service, and the GUI of the scooter itself. We mapped behaviors, studied local expectations, and designed consistent experiences that made electric mobility not just accessible but desirable. By orchestrating these elements into a seamless system, the program turned sustainability into a lifestyle choice, helping young Indonesians see themselves not only as riders but as champions of a new way forward.
